Role:
Identified Trueffect’s proprietary game-changing advantage.  Led a $5 million Series A investment in the Company which closed in February of 2011. Served a member of the Board of Directors advising the Company on strategic, operational and organizational matters.  Introduced the Company to potential clients and partners.

Protobrand Sciences is a branding and consumer insight focused firm.  The Company’s innovative Meta4 product enables market researchers to gather rich insights with statistical certainty from consumers around the globe.

Role:
Serve as member of the Company’s Board of Advisors.  Actively advise principals in the Company on strategy, operations, human resources and funding.

The Company is developing of a versioning engine that enables clients to dynamically tune and version rich media ads to optimize online display advertising campaigns.  The Company addresses the need for an efficient tool for generating ads to meet both the size and messaging requirements for the proliferation in display platforms.

Role:

Co-founder, Investor, Director.  Advise on strategy and tactics.

Developer of a patent pending mobile clean water solution for the Oil and Gas industry.  Addresses the Oil & Gas industries need to recycle or remediate “backflow frack water” from increasingly common fracked wells.  Potential use in the remediation of ultra-briny “produced” water from maturing wells.

Role:

Advising the Company on matters of strategy and funding.  Working with Company to develop its Go-To-Market strategy.
